LG’s presence at #CES2016 – How they wowed us!
Lets look at how LG’s stand was at CES. I think its important because it was one of the most inspiring and clean ones.
As you enter in front was one of the best 4K 3D experiences I’ve ever seen this is using LG’s immersive 3D 4K displays all stacked together to give a cinematic experience I’ve never seen before.
As soon as you dive in to the area, there is a pitch black spacious room with LG 4K TVs all over the place to create this almost beautiful showcase.
Its by far the best demonstration of technology in an artistic experience oriented fashion. Its really sad that that content is still not mainstream today for these TVs.
Oh Did I mention the quality, it amazing.
LG also demonstrated an almost transparent display which they managed o make a living room size of.
TVs weren’t all the fuss, LG announced the K10 and K7 new mid range phones. The K7 is also called the Tribute 5 which is a mid to even low range phone that has under 2 gigs of RAM with Lollipop Android.
LG wouldn’t show new phones without showing its flagship V10 phone we reviewed earlier. Here they showcased its camera capabilities.
LG is also a top brand at home and with its SamrtThinQ Living products it demonstrated its work in Home Automation.
LG also upgraded their lightest ultrabook – the GRAM and made a 15 inch version of it. They devices are light but very plastic-y and hollow. The camera is in between the screen and keyboard and the keyboard has an average travel to it.
The screen is super clear and plenty of USB and display ports out.
Oh and you can lift the screen with one finger. The gram is great on portability but were not sure if they improved the below average battery life from the last version.
So that was our look at LG. let us know what you think.
