Apple iPad Pro gets November release in UAE
Last week Apple infamously announced their new iPhones and new iPads. The iPad PRO was announced featuring a 12.9″ big screen. The iOS tablet is set to launch in the UAE in November of this year.
While the launch date for the iPad PRO is the same as in the US, the iPhone however will not launch later this month. Officially that is. You can bet you will be able to grab one from the vast online marketplaces the region has. The UAE or any other Middle-Eastern country isn’t the first 8 countries to get it. There are over 100 countries that will get it later this year. On Apple’s website, its labelled “Coming soon”.
The new iPad PRO is the largest the iPad has been. It’s designed for professionals in mind however according to Tim Cook, CEO Apple, the iPad PRO is the future of personal computing. Apple has a stylus that it’s calling the Apple Pencil that has some professional features along with its lower than industry battery life.
One of the iPad PRO’s most interesting technological feature is its screen. In order to solve the higher battery drain problem, the new screen in the iPad PRO has a variable refresh rate for different parts of the display. It even measures twice as much when the Apple Pencil is used as in put device. With the improvements in display technologies, the PRO is set to make the iPad a creation device. The launch of the apple TV is still a mystery. While Apple is now featuring Arabic content on its UAE store, it’s still “Coming soon”.
Other products like the Apple Watch is still set for a 2015 release. With only 3 months left in the year, Apple’s new refresh in devices and a new store somewhere in the UAE, Apple is going to be hard to ignore.
Apple has also improved the screen in the iPhone by introducing a new way of interacting with the iPhone through 3D Touch and is set to beat the last iPhones first weekend record of 10 million pre-orders. Will you be getting the iPhone 6s / 6s plus? Let us know why!
